Lauren Lepchitz PA-C was born in Simsbury, Connecticut and raised in Acworth, Georgia. She attended Young Harris College where she played soccer for four years while earning her bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Following completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Lauren joined Atlanta Diabetes Associates in 2018. She sees a variety of endocrine disorders including Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, Pituitary disease, Adrenal disease, and Osteoporosis. Lauren’s goal is to make each and every patient feel heard and cared for. She strongly believes in a team-based approach to patient care and encourages patients to voice their opinions. She values the relationships she develops with her patients.
Lauren is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and the American Society of Endocrine Physician Assistants.
Lauren resides in Dallas, Georgia with her husband, Drew and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves discovering new food, kayaking, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers!
