Eleni Cleveland is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in endocrinology and diabetes care, with more than two years of inpatient care experience. Originally from Clearwater, Florida, she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes.

Eleni earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Maryville College, where she competed as a collegiate soccer player. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University.

She is passionate about helping patients understand and manage their health through education, individualized treatment plans, and collaborative care. Her clinical interests include diabetes management, endocrine disease treatment, and improving long-term health outcomes for patients with complex medical needs.

Outside of work, Eleni enjoys staying active on her Peloton, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their dog on family walks.
