Mason Clements, PA-C was born and raised in south Texas and attended Texas Christian University for her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to joining Atlanta Diabetes Associates in 2020, she worked in general pediatrics in Covington, Georgia and loved her time working with families and children. She continues her goal of quality patient care at ADA, helping to empower her patients educating them about their bodies and healthy habits.
Mason enjoys the outpatient setting of medicine because of the relationships built between patient and practitioner. This development of trust and collaboration helps to improve patient outcomes and limit complications. She sees patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, and osteoporosis. She is also involved as a Sub-Investigator for many of the clinical trials taking place at ADA and is excited to be on the forefront of the cutting-edge changes happening every day in diabetes and endocrine management.
In her free time, Mason enjoys baking, playing tennis, reading, and spending time in the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs.
